A highly respected developer specializing in luxury real estate projects has retained 20/20 Foresight Executive Search to fill a prestigious Senior Vice President position based in its Houston headquarters. 

As a high-profile developer of retail, office, industrial, hospitality and residential real estate projects, this established firm is seeking an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analysis, budgets, due diligence and pro formas, as well as the demonstrable ability to source equity. As this company is a major force in the Houston market, it is imperative that this individual have a deep knowledge and background working in this thriving metropolitan area. This role will primarily focus on the development of high- and mid-rise mixed-use residential projects. 

The vital SVP position will oversee all internal and external legal, architectural, pre-construction and construction resources required to concurrently manage several projects in an efficient, cost-effective and successful manner, resulting in appealing, profitable properties. Specific duties for this dynamic role involve budget and schedule preparation, asset inventory and assessment, management of client relationships and business development and consulting activities. 

The ideal candidate for this position will have five to seven years of hands-on real estate experience, with a proven track record of development experience, including permitting, design, construction and leasing with a particular emphasis on creating incremental asset value and realized or quantified profitability. An MBA or MS in real estate or finance with an undergraduate degree in engineering, construction, real estate, architecture, business, finance and/or economics is highly sought after.
