Established in 1994, 20-20 Foresight Executive Search is a nationwide retained search firm that specializes in real estate, financial services, and service industries.  Operating with a staff of trained search professionals and researchers, 20-20 Foresight has established a reputation for successfully completing search assignments through specialization. Each executive recruiter at 20-20 Foresight specializes in one industry, applying extensive industry knowledge and expertise in satisfying clients’ executive search needs. While possessing specific knowledge in recruiting senior level executives, management and directors we have done searches at virtually every level of an organization.

Our nationwide network of offices is strategically located in key metropolitan markets to provide easy access to clients anywhere in the United States.  Each office is lead by a senior consultant that is an expert in their local and regional markets.  We have established a vast network of executive contacts, and very deep network of industry leading companies with direct access to senior level executive management.  Finally, the 20-20 Foresight culture is performance driven; simply stated “We do the work”.  We commit to provide a team of accomplished consultants, associates, and researchers who follow our proven ten step process.

20-20 Foresight's headquarter office is located in downtown Chicago.  The firm also has offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Dallas, Atlanta, Miami, Boston, Washington DC and New York.  These offices were opened to be closer geographically to our expanding east and west coast clientele.  Because of our size (approximately 20 to 25 search consultants) we pride ourselves in giving individual attention to every client.
