Bob Cavoto, Founder & CEO

Mr. Cavoto is a nationally acclaimed expert in the executive search business specializing in the real estate, financial and service industries.  Additionally, Bob has established himself as the premier executive and career-coaching expert in the industries that he serves.  Possessing 15+ years of executive search experience, Bob has significant prior experience as a CFO of a $1 billion entertainment and real estate company, President of Merrill Lynch Realty-Chicago in investment banking, mortgage and brokerage and accounting and consulting experience with a "Big 4" international accounting firm.

Bob has an accounting degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign/Urbana.  He holds a Certified Public Accountants certificate and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois and California.  Bob has taught real estate finance courses at the college level.  He has held a Series 7 and 63 licenses.  During his rare leisure time he is an avid sailor, tri-athlete, bikram yoga and squash player.

Bob does not manage the day-to-day activities of the firm, but prefers to do what he does best; RECRUIT!
