Senior Principals and Office Leaders

Stephanie Cook, Executive Vice President of Operations   

Ms. Cook is in charge of all administrative operations of the companies 10 offices nationwide. 

As a senior principal with 20-20 Foresight, Stephanie plays a key role in the guidance and leadership of the firm.  She  has the knowledge and experience in recruiting and sourcing in the real estate, financial, and professional/consulting/entrepreneurial services industries. She has over 10 + years industry experience and has successfully placed mid to C - level executives in positions nationwide. 

Stephanie was born and raised in California.  She earned her bachelor's degree from San Jose State University and a Masters in Education from San Diego State with an emphasis in testing and evaluation.  She has taught and evaluated at the high school level before joining 20-20 Foresight in 2000.

She currently oversees our Los Angeles office, splitting her time between our Chicago and Southern California locations.  She enjoys cycling, sailing and exploring new places.  

Peter Keseric, Senior Principal

With over 15 years experience in finance and 10 years experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance, Mr. Keseric had overseen more than $2B in commercial real estate financial transactions while working with Lincoln Financial before joining 20-20 Foresight in 2006.

Through his hard work and dedication to clients,  Peter has established  himself as a national leader in executive search for the Commercial Real Estate, Financial, and Professional services industries.  He strives to give his clients quality candidates for industy positions at the mid to senior level.

Peter grew up in Chicago and graduated from the University of Iowa with a double major is Economics and English.  He currently resides in Beverly Hills, CA and enjoys a very active lifestyle that includes competitive tennis and kickboxing. Peter is a participating member of the Cedars Sinai Volunteer Association where he counsels long-term care patients.

Leslie Chandler, Senior Principal 

Leslie Chandler has over 12 years experience in executive search.  She joined 20-20 Foresight in 2005 and currently works out of our San Francisco office.  In her earlier career, Leslie headed up HR teams within a number of Real Estate companies, giving her an excellent understanding of different recruitment practices and methodologies within organizations.  She has conducted searches at all levels within an organization. 

Leslie grew up in the mid-west and has a degree from Indiana University in communications.   She currently resides in Marin County and enjoys skiing and hiking Mt. Tamalpais during her spare time.  

Bob Zingerman,  Senior Principal

Bob Zingerman has over 10 years experience working in human resources for financial service companies.  He joined 20-20 Foresight in 2006 and helps to oversee our New York City office.  With his breath of experience, he is a mentor to several of our junior recruiters, along with conducting searches for both finance and service industries.  

Bob attended University of Pennsylvania and recieved a BS in Finance.  He has held a real estate license in New York. 

Bob is an avid sailer and recently completed his 1st marathon in Chicago, IL. 

Laura Beckman, Senior Director of Research, Analysis and Systems

Laura Beckman is the Director of Research, Analysis and Systems for 20-20 Foresight Exective Search.    She is responsible for developing, administering and directing research/analysis for the database systems within our firm.   With great enthusiasm and passion, she manages the research staff and implements changes to the database system in order for our firm to be current and "the best" in executive search.    

While attending University of Illinois, Laura spent her summers as an intern for our firm.  Upon graduation in 2006, she joined 20-20 Foresight full time and quickly proved her leadership and skills in research, analysis and systems.   

Laura currently lives in Chicago and enjoys triathlons and bikram yoga during her spare time.  She is also very active volunteering for the Special Olympics of Chicago.
