work on a “hybrid retained”
basis. A small upfront retainer
is required to start the work,
but if we don’t find the
right candidate no further fee
is due. Compare this to full
retainer companies who are paid
a full fee whether they find
a candidate or not. Where’s
the incentive to work quickly
and thoroughly? We work with
each individual client to establish
a fee schedule based on criteria
established at the initiation
of the search.

the work. So upon request we
will show you all of our research
and contact documentation on
a search. We like to do this
when we are having difficulty
finding the right candidates
that fit the client specifications.
If we show the client the work
that has been done, they may
in some instances alter the
specifications to yield candidates
that are available. No other
search firm to our knowledge
does this.
