Simply, we do the work
The search consultant along with an experienced and hard working researcher do all the things necessary to complete the search quickly and efficiently according to a customized and detailed work program. Simply, we do the work (please see Podcast in Press & Publications sections).

Performance driven fee structure
We believe in a performance driven model to structure our professional search fees. That is why we work on a “hybrid retained” basis. A small upfront retainer is required to start the work, but if we don’t find the right candidate no further fee is due. Compare this to full retainer companies who are paid a full fee whether they find a candidate or not. Where’s the incentive to work quickly and thoroughly? We work with each individual client to establish a fee schedule based on criteria established at the initiation of the search.

Mutual Covenant Service Contract
This is the foundation upon which we build successful, long-term partnerships with client organizations. We believe both parties; client and search firm, are participants of any executive search process. The mutual covenant service contract outlines the parameters to which both parties agree, ensuring an outstanding framework for the success of any search. Briefly this contract provides for full money back guarantee if you are dissatisfied with our service and a full one-year candidate replacement guarantee. We stand behind our work!

We share all of our work
Why? You paid for it!!! Sometimes the only way to insure that you’re getting the best possible service is to review the work. So upon request we will show you all of our research and contact documentation on a search. We like to do this when we are having difficulty finding the right candidates that fit the client specifications. If we show the client the work that has been done, they may in some instances alter the specifications to yield candidates that are available. No other search firm to our knowledge does this.

Follow the process and be held accountable
We are a process driven company. In other words if you follow the process you will find plenty of qualified candidates for the client. With this process we provide a detailed work program with periodic updates to the client and deadlines so the Executive Recruiter is held accountable. Why do some searches drag on for 5, 6, 7 or more months? The work is not being done and no one is held accountable; that’s why.

We recognize the importance of technology - our 50,000 person proprietary database is interactive and real time, and accessible to all our consultants. Our dedicated, in-house research department utilizes only the most sophisticated directories and methodologies (through specialized CD’s, disks, and the Internet).
