20-20 Foresight Executive Search is a nationwide retained executive search firm. Established over ten (10) years ago, we primarily serve companies involved in the real estate and financial services industries. Operating with a staff of trained search professionals and researchers, 20-20 Foresight has established a reputation for successfully completing search assignments through specialization. Each executive recruiter at 20-20 Foresight specializes in one industry, applying extensive industry knowledge and expertise in satisfying clients’ executive search needs. While possessing specific knowledge in recruiting senior level management and directors we have done searches at virtually every level of an organization.

20-20 Foresight’s senior consultants average over 10 years in combined industry and search experience and are typically working with the top 100 companies in each practice area. Unlike many other executive search firms we take a serious, process-oriented approach to recruiting. If you follow the process you will recruit the best candidates for the client. We will talk more on process later.

20-20 Foresight's headquarter office is conveniently located in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, which is a western suburb of Chicago. This location provides a comfortable setting for candidate interviews and client meetings. We have the added benefit of close proximity to O’Hare and Midway Airports for incoming candidate interviews and client meetings. We also have the capacity to video conference from our offices very inexpensively.

Because of our size (approximately 20 to 25 search consultants) we pride ourselves on giving individual attention to every client. Every client is important to us and they deserve our very best service on a prompt basis. In 2000 we opened an office in Washington DC and in 2001 we opened another office in Newport Beach, California. Both offices were opened to be closer geographically to our expanding East and West Coast clientele. We have just recently opened offices in New York and San Francisco.
